New Build Housing completed 2018, Belcamp  Image: Paul Tierney   Here is an update on the public housing projects under City Architects direction on behalf of Dublin City Council Housing department. Projects are varied and include new build, refurbishment and extensions of existing DCC homes.

Image: 48 Fleet St, D2 ‘Dangerous Buildings’ is a statutory section within DCC, under the direction of the City Architect, which is concerned with buildings, structures or sites deemed a danger to the public. It operates under the remit of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act 1964 as amended.

The LAB was established by Dublin City Council in 2005 as a municipal arts hub providing gallery, rehearsal and incubation space for a range of art forms.
