Anyone visiting Civic Offices recently will have seen building work going on. We’re currently working on alterations to create a more accessible reception located to the right of the main entrance doors from Wood Quay

This work is part of a new Visitor Management plan for the Offices, along with an improved Customer Service area at the rear of the Atrium which is being re-configured and upgraded. The new reception will make it easier to provide assistance and information to the public as they enter the Civic Offices, being more visible and immediately accessible.

The project also provides the opportunity for the installation of more energy efficient lighting system together with new data and power points. Due for completion by  mid March, the alterations will provide an enhanced customer experience, making it easier and quicker for people to find and access the Council services they need when visiting the Civic Offices.
